Barzal thought he was saved by running out of pucks and two guys come out with armfuls more and you could just see him deflate.

I didn’t write this - my buddy did. But I wish I did.

demko knows that’s the man beating him in 5 in the finals
I was about to type the same thing only I was going to say 6. ;)

I went in with low expectations and actually enjoyed the skills competition thoroughly. McDavid said it best about focusing on skills players actually use in games.

I love Pastrnak, but my goodness, how many empty nets can he miss?

It was interesting trying to get a read on the cliques within the league. The Russians seemed to congregate, Bobrovsky, Kucherov, Shesterkin - but no Georgiev, who allegedly clashed with Shesterkin while with the Rangers.

If memory serves, not only did Demko shun Swayman, Miller seemed to as well after the breakaway challenge. It does seem as if fate is setting up a Boston/Vancouver rematch this June. That is, of course, if Edmonton actually loses again between now and then.

The Bruins also play the Canucks in less than a week, in what is sure to be a big game, so it struck me that Demko is potentially also one of those guys who likes to carry a bit of an edge and some hate against important opponents. Hugs don't exactly help with that. Or who knows, could be he's just not the hugging type or he really is a bit of a jerk! Either way, no biggie.

Absolutely correct! It’s a joke and more about everything but the game itself. Pathetic and embarrassing that we miss about a week of Bruins hockey for this garbage. The traditional fan can’t stand it and the fan they want to attract most likely could care less about the whole thing.
Just have the damn skills competition and ditch the theatrics and musical acts.

Thank goodness for the AHL .....go PBruins!!!!
On the AHL, I have often wondered why TSN doesn’t broadcast more of their games, especially since losing the NHL contract to Sportsnet. I see the odd Toronto Marlies game is there, but I would certainly tune into PBruins games.

Anybody know a reason for this? Are AHL games only broadcast locally, or...?

Keep reading Guentzel turned down Pens offer & Oilers after him.Said for Cody Ceci lol Article said Edm might have to include a 1st rd pick.YEA NK...
