Ha, ha.I was looking for that quote but couldn't find it.
Good luck !...off to construct the new world order.
I'll watch a replay. Watching Niagara- Kitchener preseason game.Watching the whole game would have given you a different viewpoint.
You, too. Thanks to the Canadian fans in this thread for being classy.![]()
Some good looking ladies on the Canadian team, but more importantly some damm good players.
Well done. Olympic Gold and World Championship Gold.
When teams are this evenly matched, it is so hard to win back to back.I'll never forget the 2012 Women's World Championship held in Vermont.
In the preliminary round the US beat Canada 9-2.
In the Gold medal game Canada beat the US 5-4 in overtime.
Yes, she is very pretty.I'm straight, but Hilary Knight is gorgeous if we're going to go there.
I’m pretty sure that’s exactly the look he’s going for.Ha, ha.

U.S. coach needs a hair cut.
Good luck !

I agree and would love to see it. Though, my nerves might not like it. lolWhen teams are this evenly matched, it is so hard to win back to back.
If it was a 7 game series, it would go 7.

I just wish there were more competitive teams. It REALLY hurts the women's game when you KNOW who will be in the GMG.Some good looking ladies on the Canadian team, but more importantly some damm good players.
Well done. Olympic Gold and World Championship Gold.
This happens every single world Juniors. Some underdog team beats a contender in round robin and everyone declares the contender DOA.lol.I'll never forget the 2012 Women's World Championship held in Vermont.

Agreed ... Semis were not even close.I just wish there were more competitive teams. It REALLY hurts the women's game when you KNOW who will be in the GMG.
There was that one time the US didn’t make the final.I just wish there were more competitive teams. It REALLY hurts the women's game when you KNOW who will be in the GMG.
True but.... Would you bet your last $100 on it NOT being a Can/US final? There was that one time the US didn’t make the final.
It's crazy. I don't know why the gap has not closed (more than it has).Agreed ... Semis were not even close.
North America 18
Czechs and swiss 3
It’s technically only been a little over one full generation since women’s hockey really started catching on.True but.... Would you bet your last $100 on it NOT being a Can/US final?
I wouldn't.

I have this theory that Canada is pulling away in both men's and women's hockey. Things are damn good for the Canucks lately.True but.... Would you bet your last $100 on it NOT being a Can/US final?
I wouldn't.

I hope you're right.I have this theory that Canada is pulling away in both men's and women's hockey. Things are damn good for the Canucks lately.
That's true but I wish it would happen more quickly - it really hurts the women's game. It’s technically only been a little over one full generation since women’s hockey really started catching on.
Think of how long it takes for children to grow into adult hockey players, and then realize most countries were literally starting from zero.
What we’re watching is literally the first/second generation of female hockey players from some of these countries.
There is no way to speed up time unfortunately (that we know of).I hope you're right.
