Some people will say yes. That's just silly though because it's superstitious nonsense. I get not saying it to the pitcher where you don't want him to think about it (though any pitcher with half a brain will be aware of it happening) but it doesn't matter for fans because there's no magic that speaks bad voodoo into existence.
