That's the problem, by trying to accelerate a rebuild, you can botch it... I hope he did all the right things and this pays off.

You can also draft players that don’t develop. At some point you have to trust the scouts and trust in your development plans. Nobody here knows, all the complaining is pointless. It’s all hype based.
