If you are on your second pro contract, should you really be considered a prospect?
Depends on the circumstance. For a guy like Cozens, heck no. He's an established NHLer.
But for UPL? A guy who has yet to establish himself? Absolutely.
This is why I agree with using the Calder eligibility. If someone is eligible for the Calder, 99% of the time, they're a prospect.
