March 2022 – The best defensive prospect in the Predators system has had a solid start to his pro career in Milwaukee. In 45 games this season, he has one goal and 13 points, which is tied for 20th among rookie defencemen in the AHL this season. He may not yet show explosiveness in his offensive game, but his puck-moving ability is still evident at both even-strength and on the power play. Farrance still needs to work on his defensive game, specifically in transition. I'd openly laugh in the Pens' face if he signed here for squat on a 1 year deal just to "show them" but... he's besties with Crosby, Letang, and Duomo, so that won't happen
