Sharks are leaving for Europe in a few days and want to get as close to their main roster as possible for that trip, so that is the likely reason for what seems like the quick cuts for those 2.

So I'm way behind in updating my own Training Camp Rosters (Done ANA-TOR so far), but here's a list of players on NHL contracts who aren't at camp and reasons why, if I have them

ARI: Maveric Lamoureux (assigned to juniors prior to main camp)
BOS: Brett Harrison (Assigned to juniors prior to main camp); Matt Filipe (Injured)
BUF: Noah Ostlund (playing in Europe)
CAR: Ville Koivunen (playing in Europe); Aleksi Heimosalmi (playing in Europe);Dominik Bokk (Was loaned to Europe last season, assume it'll happen again)
CBJ: Alex Texier (playing in Europe this season)
DET: Marco Kasper (playing in Europe)
EDM: Slater Koekkoek (taking personal leave from the team)
FLA: Serron Noel (no idea)
MiN: Pavel Novak (due to medical reasons, will not play this season)
