Yes, the Islanders are walking away with two of the best defensemen in the draft with him & Odelius. Nice job from my prospective.

Isles have had a tendency to really trust their scouts with their mid round picks (provided Lou hasn't traded them all). They always have a nice intrigue/find every now and then in their 2nd-4th rounds.

He was like .940 in the few playoff games he played and has been excellent in previous years. My #1 goalie of the whole draft (over Leinonen).

Devils take a LD -- one of the best skaters in the entire draft and a very good defender. A little upset w LD, but he's an excellent player and great value pick.

Whatever in my book he is the best goalie in the draft who should have been gone at least a round ago. We needed to pick a goalie and we got a good one.
