No I'm not, I'm comparing the idea that contract X can't be moved. I'm saying it only takes one gm becoming willing to do something crazy for the crazy to happen. Prior to him signing in Chicago many teams wanted Jones and were willing to throw money at him. He was also getting the term anyways. One shit year on a trash team didn't change who he is. Gms will still see him as a valuable NHL player. It just takes one of those guys to bite.
