I went with Hutson over Roy because I feel that for both of them it’s hit or miss and if they both hit, Hutson will be more valuable

If Roy hits he could be a 100 points player for all we know, more realistically he.could be a 35 35 boy, thats valuable

It’s easy to create odds out of our asses that fits our narrative.

It's also easy to realize that a 5 ft 8 150 lbs defensemen has way lesser chances of making the NHL than a 6 ft tall former Q 1st overall pick coming out of a Top 3 CHL season at age 18.

How's that for a narrative?

I agree that if Roy hits he’s a homerun, but I still prefer Makar over Huberdeau

Mailloux could start by playing more than 20 games a year, that would help his ranking.

The talent is visible even outside of games. He performed well in the games he played despite almost not playing, which is a good sign too.

His profile alone, being 6 ft 3 or 6 ft 4 and being a smooth skater with good puck-handling skills and a great shot, is enough to rank him over Hutson, who is facing an uphill battle to ever make it in the NHL.

Meanwhile it's extremely likely Mailloux will make the NHL in some capacity, and he has #1D upsides. How is that not a better prospect, I'll never understand people's reasoning.

You think he has #1D upside. You think he's extremely likely to be a NHLer.

I don't think he has #1D upside. I don't think he's extremely likely to be a NHLer.

I go with Josh Roy here.

Add Vinzi
