Yeah he already started this oneLol, "per usual" sure....
I think it’s hilarious that you think this will go well.

Bjork and gourde were bad. Let’s see. Better question when was the last good move? Hagel? Serge is whatever. Didn’t help us now. But probably just equal. And I think it's hilarious you think this is on JBB, or that he usually makes bad decisions.
Lol, Bjork and Gourds were bad, they've played 19 regular season games and 5 playoff games, and one was hurt. Bjork has another year as well. Saying that trade was "bad" at this point is just another biased narrative in a weak attempt to make JBB some scapegoat, i guess.Bjork and gourde were bad. Let’s see. He’s been mid. And he’s been making choices you like so uhhhhh
bjork cost a first for a *checks hockeydb* 40 point player.Hagel, Coleman, Goodrow, Paul, moving Serg in order to retool and allocate cap more effectively, letting Stamkos walk, not overpaying to keep Palat or Killorn, making the moves that Yzerman never would've made that helped lead to near 3 Cups, lol mid my ass. His small number of bad moves (Jeannot trade and signing, thereby necessitating the Colton trade and arguably moving on from McD too quickly) are far outweighed by his successes. No one knows the exact situation with Howard, but by all accounts he sounded like a whiner who took his puck and went home because he wouldn't get absolutely everything he wanted.
Bjork isn't a 40 point player at all, especially if used correctly. Lol, as expected you ignored the many good moves he has made, focused on a couple of bad ones, and if course this was after you came on, as usual, crying about how bad he is, with no real facts, just your assumptions and your "hindsight", convenient. Face it, pal, he's been a top 5 GM in the league and you're the one coming on with laughably bad takes that all his moves have been bad and he's at fault for the primadonna Howard not signing.bjork cost a first for a *checks hockeydb* 40 point player.
Should’ve traded stamkos, palat, killorn, not let them walk. Hindsight being 20/20. Jeannot. Colton. Mcd coming back did nothing postseason.
He hasn’t been good at all my friend. I’m not even bringing up the revolving door of has beens that he signs annually that suck.
We have no young players on ELCs because a) he can’t draft in the first round and b) he trades them for ineffective playoff players.

Oh, and he hasn't drafted much in the 1st round because, like most good gm's during their team's title window, be moved many premium futures for actual, proven talent. Instead of, atatitistucally speaking, one of those late 1sts maybe helping by now, they've added pieces that have given them a much better opportunity. They also have some younger players on cheaper contracts that are helping with Geekie, Goncalves and Chaffee, along with a few with potential on the way in Duke, Crozier, Gauthier, Finley etc.bjork cost a first for a *checks hockeydb* 40 point player.

When you actually want to post some convincing and actual facts that indicate he's made terrible moves "as usual", he "hasn't been good at all", "been mid", or is at fault for the Hiward situation, maybe you'll finally have a convincing argument. Until then, have fun with the continued crying about how bad of a GM he is!
Sorry that you have no good argument or points to convince anyone that his actions as GM have constituted an overall poor performance, or that he's at fault for the Howard situation. Thanks for playing though!Damn those are a lot of words. Good job word guy

If Howard still wants to play for Tampa the way the team intends, sure. Since that doesn't seem likely, JBB getting as good of value as possible, hopefully after a few teams have driven his price up a little, seems like a reasonable course.JBB better do whatever it takes to get this kid signed and then build the team around him and Geekie
I kinda expect BriseBois to make one last push to get Howard signed this summer. Probably fails and we trade Howard at the draft for a defenseman & a 2nd, but we'll seeIf Howard still wants to play for Tampa the way the team intends, sure. Yeah, I don't see Howard playing for them either at this point. Nothing concrete will likely ever truly be known, but from the little that has come out, it just seems that Howard was never going to be a good fit in Tampa given his wants in terms of playing time, and Tampa's development plan for prospects. I'd be good with a 2nd and a defensive prospect that could step into a 3LD or 3RD role next season. Chicago seems the most likely in terms of having a surplus of them, but I'm sure there are others.I kinda expect BriseBois to make one last push to get Howard signed this summer. if dude had some brains, its funny cuz dude is going to university, but if dude had some brains,he could have few games at the end of reg seasson, and a whole Play offs for him to show he deserves to be in, instead he just demanded a spot in roster... I have now even more respect for Geekie and Gage how were at SYR and managed their way outSo, as expected, it's pretty much all on Howard. Another crybaby that didn't get everything he wanted or felt he deserved from Tampa, so he's forcing his way out. Oh well, hopefully several teams will be interested and JBB will get good value.
I don't think they were guaranteeing him any playoff games, but even then, with the injuries, it may have been possible. If he's as good as he clearly thinks he is, beating out some of the bottom 6 guys in camp/preseason to earn a top 12 spot shouldn't have been an issue for him. Oh well, Tampa doesn't hand out roster spots just because someone's a 1st round pick or won a Hobey Baker. Time to get value for him and move on.if dude had some brains, its funny cuz dude is going to university, but if dude had some brains,he could have few games at the end of reg seasson, and a whole Play offs for him to show he deserves to be in, instead he just demanded a spot in roster... totally agree, but I think that if he were asked about signigng there would be some talks about playing in PO instead of Geekie, but all other things, yes if you think that you are great beat Gage,,ok beat Chafee....ooook beat Girgs...Kuch started at 4th line,be better and you will get ur spotI don't think they were guaranteeing him any playoff games, but even then, with the injuries, it may have been possible.
