It was Montour. Ekblad was never the QB so far this season and rightfully so Becuase he sucks at it. But Fors will be that guy until Montour is back.

In theory I would consider something like that, but in practice there's next to zero chance we trade Lundell unless it's for something crazy. Lundell and Barkov have too much of a good thing going to mess with that.

Perfectly happy with Lundell and while Girard is a nice upgrade, he's not the type of defensemen we should be going after.

Gavrikov may be lured here in offseason if Zito can sweet talk him.

Yeah that makes sense and essentially what I figured might be the case, but always good to understand fans perceived value.

Ekblad has a No-Movement Clause in his contract. Even if he continues to struggle, he's here for at least the next two years. So let's hope he can stay healthy and get back to form.
