I’ll say he broke up a 2 on 1 pass that would have resulted in a breakaway.

He’s big but plays great gap control. So doesn’t go for the big hit, but positioning himself to make a play.

A+ on the penalty kill.

He’s also being used more effectively on the second/third pairing.

I hope your 31st pick in this draft goes on to do great things for your team.

I think Byfield is the most snakebitten in terms of goal-scoring that I've ever seen a Kings prospect.

The guy has nothing in his arsenal when it comes to scoring. No creativity, no accuracy, no power in the shot. Everything is either a flub or into the goalies pads.
