Copley is doing well considering he's a career AHL/NHL tweener with decent metrics. f***, even tonight he had a .903 save percentage and a 3.00+ goals against average! He's punching above his weight class right now and I hope he keeps it up because he's been a great steadying presence, but let's not pretend like he's our savior in net nor should we assume he'll be able to keep this up forever. That's all anyone with a slightly pessimistic opinion is saying.

Oh please. It was a too little too late chirp from Durzi that served absolutely nothing for LA. The Kings dressed an enforcer, there were plenty of other fights. I have no problem with Danault's, but Durzi's had no timing and took all the risk.

At the game. Durzi been asking for this fight since the hit on Byfield.

This is one of the biggest games of the rebuild because of the fights. They don't become legit until they start playing for one another and tonight should go a long way towards that.

And Hyman is an important depth player for Edmonton. Taking him off the ice for a while is a good trade.

Only one dud game (Philly) in the close-to-a-month since the Sabres s***-kicking. Pretty damn impressive. The Boston game was competitive and they're a very good team.

I cut Oiler fans some slack. Most of them are pretty chill and the ones that aren't you can write off due to that franchise likely driving them bat-s*** insane.

Edmonton has never been able to develop players properly. If its not plug and play its wasted talent. All one has to do is look at their 1st round draft history...pathetic... after 1981 and of course when they drafted RNH and McSaviour. For 9M a year Nurse should be a perennial All-Star he's not even the best D-man on his team
