As much as there is good in Fiala, man has he sucked tonight. 3 turnovers have either lead to goals or turnovers. trying to run and gun again burn then in the 1st, Fiala was leading that most shifts.

I just cannot fathom how the Kings could have thought the defense that they built coupled with the goalies we have could have worked.

That's probably the most amazing part of these 17 games so far. They are 10-6-1 well soon to be 10-7-1 with this defense and goaltending.

I don’t know why they rushed to extend Petersen. He played one season with some games and barely played before that.

On top of that they re-signed Edler as the Oilers just relentlessly bent him over and railed him AFTER he came back from a broken femur at his age and ALREADY slow pace. I have no idea what they were thinking. Blake really dropped the ball on defense and goalies.

And for all the shit Durzi gets… Roy is a stay at home dman but he’s never home. At least Durzi plays to his strengths where Roy doesn’t have any lol

You can tell the Kings are scared of getting destroyed by all the Flames' big bodies. Part of the reason this team won't go far in the playoffs. Blake went too far on the pendulum of speed vs. size
