Too High: Ovchinnikov (by 10+ spots). HM's go to Rindell, and Akhtyamov, but they are already ranked lower than Ovchinnikov. All three should be mid-20's at best.
Too Low: Villeneuve and Woll (by 10+ spots) are tied for me. I would have Liljegren at #1 too.
Risers: Tverberg and Koster. HM to Voit, Schingoethe, and Steeves. I am not going to include Woll and Villeneuve because they should already be higher than they are, and I don't see them rising a ton from there.
Fallers: It's tough to really say because I don't think there is any clear candidate, but I would bet on one of Gogolev, Abruzzese, or SDA. Gogolev because he had a really small sample size, SDA because of his shooting, and Abruzzese because of his injury.
