Id be pretty shocked if Byfield moves to the wing, that would be bad news for both him and Kings fans he doesnt play well there. Any predictions for the final roster. Here is mine, thats going to be a really tough out.Tonight's lines will give a better indication of what they were trying last night and what direction they appear to be heading. One of Mercer and Byfield will be playing wing IMO depending where they decide to play Byfield.

While I don't respect your taste in favourite TV show, Sens, when it comes to hockey, you know your stuff.Forwards Gone Simoneau (UTP), Greig (UTP), Beckman, Foerster, Lapierre, Schwindt, Wright
Assuming we keep 14 forwards we need to cut 5; My guesses. The last couple cuts are hard/close .. Clarke could be on the cut list over one of the other guys as well but he looked better to me in the 2 games I saw earlier. But they are 13/14 forwards so I think who they see as the most versatile will make it and if it comes to one vs the other and one has another year to play WJC that could factor in one way or another. Leaving Jarvis off 13OA in 2020 may be a mistake so I could be talked into him over Clarke.

the post you quoted was actually edited by the time you quoted it to include PelletierYou are missing Pelltier on this list. They will be cutting 6 forwards.
I like Jarvis over Clarke as more of a swiss army knife type player. Quinn and Zary have the inside track but really only make it if they develop chemistry with their lines, so a bad game for either of them or their line could spell the chopping block. A really good or really bad game from anyone from 12-19 could be the difference.Forwards Gone Simoneau (UTP), Greig (UTP), Beckman, Foerster, Lapierre, Schwindt, Wright

Ah right! 8 D men, its funny how we had the exact same team our posts were 2 minutes apart. Whats your best guess at lines and pairings?I think 8 D are being selected. I'd go with Spence but..
Forwards match my guesses.
yes lolAre they making the final cuts tonight after the game or tomorrow?

Here's my list pretty much in order of how shocked I'd be if they got cut:

Who has looked better Jarvis or Perfetti so far? I feel like they would only keep one of them.See my edit,. I missed Pelletier on the 1st post. so Clarke is gone on my list now... along with Jarvis.. I feel ok leaving Jarvis off now
is he that good? should he be mentioned with those names? not hating, genuinely curious. I wonder if Dach, Cozens, Krebs etc. werent available in a regular year if he makes the squad.I was really looking forward to see Shane Wright play. I think it's safe to say he'll be on this team as a 17 year old, but the rarity and novelty of having a 16yo on the team (circa Lindros, Spezza, Crosby, and McDavid) would have been something to see.
Ah yes, I'd have Pelletier slotted in at 11 and bump out Zary. And I think Jarvis' zone entries, PK, skating, and other less flashy abilities are all ahead of Quinn and Zary. Apart from size and possibly goal scoring (which Canada already has ample of both) I don't see both or either of them as better options unless they develop chemistry with a specific line.See my edit,. I missed Pelletier on the 1st post. so Clarke is gone on my list now... along with Jarvis.. I feel ok leaving Jarvis off now
