All year the Kings have come out flat at home. That better not happen tonight.

Assuming the Kings do come out of the gate well, we better hope they capitalize. If Edmonton weathers the storm we're screwed IMO.

Thinking they want to make sure it isn't a late arriving crowd which would be an advantage for Edmonton.

I think they come out quick, but the Oilers score in the first 10, probably first shot, they get another PP goal, everyone melts down, but the Kings somehow manage to grind out a 3-2 win.

If it were my decision I’d have Brown out and put Vilardi and spot line 3 and 4 like this:

Lemieux - Lizzo - Kaliyev
Grundy - QB - Vilardi

Line 4 would never have the puck.

A longer series favors the Kings. I think we should be looking for a repeat of the results from the road games. Splitting the home set puts us in the drivers seat. A lot of the positive narratives can continue if the Kings win tonight and go back north even.
