If part of the plan was to choke our way out of the playoffs, I want no part of this GM and what BS he is feeding us. We needed help on the blue line with all the injuries and he gives us a Stench.

The Kings don’t have either of their two best shooters of the puck on the #1 PP or a guy who has been their best winger all season in Moore. How Arvy, Kaliyev and Moore sit as Iafallo skates circles around the net and into the slot. He doesn’t even stand in front of the net.
Yes. Bagging on the 1st line is really indirectly bagging on TMac - ADJUST please. This guy if he had bad back would not go to a chiro because it would require an ADJUSTMENT

Its insanity. Hes getting a ton of ice time and does nothing with it. That line has lost nearly every matchup the last bit of the season. There was a shift towards the end of the period where it came to him three times at his blue line and ended up back in his own zone every time. If that was Vilardi hed be benched and sent back to Ontario after the game.

Makes me wonder what a smart coach ex: John Cooper or Brind'Amour would do with 34 if coaching the Kings.
Think they'd send out 19 on PP1 or Line 1??

I would love to know if there is another player in the league who has been as offensively useless as Iafallo and maintained their role on both the #1 scoring line and the #1 PP.

Iafallo has been producing like a 1990’s goon for the past 25 games.

Wish they could give us an accurate timeline. If he's gonna miss the playoffs (if we make it) I rather know now so I can stop clutching my pearls.
Don’t worry. The day before he actually comes back everyone will know his true injury but meantime every moment leading up to his return they’ll keep the fans in the dark just to piss us off.

Difference is Danault’s line actually scores goals at more than a 4th line pace. They aren’t complete dogshit in every facet of the game every time they step on the ice.
But you're still scapegoating. That's the point.

If someone screws up, call out the screw up.

I'm not disputing the poor play from Kopitar's line. But if Danault's line was out there for the first goal against, Durzi STILL would have coughed up the puck, likely leading to the same scoring chance.

Guessing its ligament damage, much fuzzier timeline.

Adjust isn't in this dumbass' vocabulary. If he knew how to adjust he would have benched Brown a long time ago, he would have pulled Petersen when he was getting peppered, he would have called a timeout when his team was getting their asses whipped, he would have benched Iafallo, he would have given Byfield pp time, would have limit the vet usage on the pp, he would have managed Kopi's ice time so he didn't look like a f***ing zombie pun not intended so late in the season..f*** I can go on and on.

I’ve truly never seen anything like it in 30+ years following the team. We are now at 0 goals and 4 assists (2 of them on ENG) in the last 25 games from our 1st line LW and #1 PP member.

How is this even possible?

2017 Vilardi was superior to teammate Jason Robertson.
today, Vilardi struggles in the NHL and Robertson is scoring 31 goals.

2019 Turcotte is the superior player to Zegras in the same program.
today, Zegras is on weekly highlight reels and Turcotte can't stay uninjured more than a month

2020 Byfield is going #1, 2 or 3 and Stutzle has 70 NHL points and Ryamond has 50 NHL pts in 70 games.
Byfield often looks lost and ineffective half his shifts.

It would be nice if one of these 3 were succeeding at the NHL level now...even the Dawson Mercer's and Seth Jarvis' can already score 15 goals. Frustrating.

Dude Kopitar put the f***ing puck in Durzi’s skates then floated away as the guy that had been chasing Kopitar continued his momentum and knocked Durzi off the puck. Is that the play you expect from your captain to a rookie?

Point is - 11 didnt help help on that play, pass in the skates - then skates by the play.. And technically its Durzi who got stolen from.. so yes, its on him.. But me and you are also looking at the macro perspective more than those that want to focus on Durzi's mistake which is the micro perspective.
