And yeah, Cal is a complete disaster. This guy is not young either, he’s never going to be good, goaltending is another area the Kings need to address in the current and the future.

He's still outplaying his counterpart. Not that that means much with DD a -3.

Yes. Crappy bounce, but Peterson didn't even move to track the puck. He didn't move laterally until the puck was back on the Starts stick. He tends to get out of position or seems to react very late to many shots.

11 goals against in the last 5 periods, mostly the vets on for them. Doughty and Kopitar don't want to make the playoffs, play the people who do.

exactly the same stuff from the beginning of the season when we were in 'no growth' mode.

They have one period to show us they've learned a god damn thing over this season otherwise get ready for the losing streak to counterbalance all that winning. Gonna be playing 8 games in 13 days.

Goaltending is glaringly the biggest problem this season. Quick is doing his best given his age but Petersen flat out sucks.

I personally was very surprised he got 5 mil for 3 years.. clearly they saw him as heir apparent to JQ or at least a platoon partner moving in that direction.. a pretty big error in judgment

What do you do now you have 10 mil per wrapped up in Goalies? It is the biggest need assuming you want to make a run this year
