Man, Kempe is playing with some juice right now, this is another gear compared to even the rest of this season.

Nickname well earned without a doubt.
 
Two games in row - the opponent looks concussed after the 1sst period from the Kings relentless onslaught
 
Was really hoping to see Byfeild out there on the Poweplay. He drew the penalty he should at least have a shift out there.
 
In this game and at least one other recent game, they showed a close-up shot of Brown talking to Byfield on the bench, gesturing with his hands presumably to show how some play on the ice was supposed to work. And each time Brown's face and body language look to me like he's kind of... irritated? Impatient? I don't know, it just seems like not a totally positive vibe, maybe I'm just reading him wrong.
 
I think Byfield is going to be just fine. If he can somehow absorb Kopitar and Denault's knowledge on the defensive side alone -- the sky's the limit. When was the last time we saw someone with his reach that can fly down the ice like that? Most of the knuckledraggers I can think of are more toward the slower end of the spectrum.

I’d bet almost anything I own that you misread it. If there’s one things he’s never come off as, it’s shitty to the young players.
 
Well, I’ve started to follow the team in 2007 so I didn’t get to see the LAPD line, I’m wondering if this Moore - Danault - Arvidsson line is the best one I saw as a kings fan (probably I’m missing some cup teams line idk)

That's just how Brown looks when he talks, probably looked annoyed while saying his wedding vows.
