Once again I'm forced to choose the USMNT over the Kings to watch tonight. The only head coach more annoying to me right now than TMc is Gregg Berhalter.

So are the USMNT not going to make the World Cup again? Haven't been paying attention, but didn't they lose to Canada of all countries the other day. Aren't they done? That would be pretty damn embarrassing especially since they didn't make it 4 years ago. Yikes.

I can't disagree. I know before I go on some break or vacation my few days prior to that is harder to keep focus. I know the response is "But you're not making millions of dollars." But for as much as we demand professionalism every day from athletes, they're people, too.

That doesn't make it any less frustrating to watch, but it's not untrue.
