Yea hes a really good hockey player. His game will shine even more if they make the playoffs

For this year I would say he has lived up to his salary. The issue, and one we Kings fans are so used to over the past decade is how those final couple of years look.

I have followed Lizzote pretty close, I like to root or the underdogs


He was Derek Armstronged when he first got here. He will is a bottom line grinder who plays his f***ing ass off.
He was great his first season started good last year, but I think covid kicked his ass. He wasn't the same after and really couldn't play his game.

He is in a role to play his game and is excelling.

He was complete garbage last season. Night and day difference.

I really think it was covid

I expect a big pushback from Detroit coming out of the gate right now, I woulnd't' be surprised if they got the next 10 shots


But man, that was just a phenomenal period top to bottom, no real complaints from me except the usual: Kopitar got twice the icetime of any other C.

He’s very much improved this season. He’s much less prone to Zeiler-ing and Giuliano-ing. It’s not just speed and crashing and falling down. He’s taken a much more strategic approach to his role, reigned in the penalties a bit and it’s helped his game tremendously.

How do you not see this? Didn’t I hear you say you’re some sort of scout? Are you still? I have to wonder because you are absolutely f***ing clueless.

Reigned in his penalties??? LMAO WTF?

65 games in 2019-20 - 10 penalties 20 PIMs maybe 2 misconducts?
41 game sin 2020-21 - 8 penalties....
28 games in 2021-22 - 8 penalties,

IF anything he is taking more, he still falls down, and I never said he DIDNT improve, I said he hasn't changed his game.....

He is a perfect 4th line C...who can spot 3rd line duties etc, he's always been that type of player etc.
