Correct (A.Jones) I just need a WR right now as Hilton hasn't been producing. This is the last week I start him if he doesnt produce against the Jets

Trying to capitalize on Fornettes good week 2, because who knows what the hell Bruce is gonna do with his RBs this week. Right now I have Fournett in my flex spot....just in case
I'd do that deal and not think twice.

Yeah, Kelly is a smart pickup. Him and Ekeler will be able to get plenty of opportunities between the 2 of them.

Barkley owners, Please for the love of God, do not draft Dion Lewis thinking he'll be a solid replacement for Saquon. I don't know why teams are even keeping this guy around.
Some backfields I just avoid, even if the starter gets hurt. I know volume is king, but with no Barkley, I don't want any part of either New York backfield.

Exactly. Maybe if there is a couple consistent weeks where a decent starter comes out I might buy it, but at this point, I agree I want no part of that. If Dion Lewis stays the starter there, then there's zero hope, IMO.

Even with Freeman and Gallman, who knows what the workload will be like and the 0-line still sucks. The Barkley injury probably boosts the pass-catchers in New York more than the backs. Engram might be a decent buy-low TE after looking pretty poor to start.

Some crazy FAAB bids this week. I play in some deeper leagues (12 team, deep benches) so there's not a lot on the wire but still: 69% for Freeman in one, 90% for Mike Davis in one, 85% for Mike Davis in another.

Wild.

Is thielen for Jonathan Taylor a fair trade in ppr?
Whoever gets Taylor definitely wins, but it's probably within the realm of fair. Sort of depends on how Taylor is viewed, I bumped him up big time after Mack's injury, and have him as a very comfortable RB1, even in the mid-tier of RB1s. If you have Thielen and can get Taylor, then I'd do it in a heartbeat. If you have Taylor and need a WR, I'd probably try and trade one of my other RBs since it's probably an area of strength.

For the 4th waiver priority, would it be better to sit it out, or go for Jefferson or Higgins? It's a 1 player keeper with a 2 round premium based on where they are drafted, undrafted players are treated like a last round pick. Other players on roster worth considering to keep would be James Robinson and Parris Campbell. Sort of wondering how people view them for this season balanced with long-term.

Figured I'd keep this out of what the main thread will devolve into, with the Titans getting COVID, I wonder how it will be handled in regards to fantasy. Will we know what players tested positive with some level of notice? Since the team won't be practicing, should we fade the players and lower expectations? With no practice, how do we handle the actual football injuries since we'll have even less information.

I haven't been able to reconcile Jefferson's talent with Cousins' lackluster play. I probably wouldn't burn a waiver priority on him but I guess it just depends on your outlook and the rest of your roster.

Yeah, I'm just not sold on Cousins supporting 2 starting WR, not if they are only attempting 450 or less passes. It's really more for the long-term, and I'm very high on Jefferson as a WR, but that will never be a high volume passing attack.

It's sort of like Aiyuk, who I think could be Deebo 2.0, but with SF really be able to support Kittle, Deebo, and Aiyuk when they like to run the ball as much as they do?

So this week I had Tannehill, Henry, and Steelers D/ST , was planning on streaming a D/QB during bye weeks. We start 2 QB's in my league, so there's not many available starting QB's. Needless to say, this is not my ideal situation right now.

I'm going to dig into Free Agency now after Gaskin, Jefferson, and Mike Davis got scooped up last week. I wasn't too aggressive on the waiver wire because I wasn't anticipating losing Henry or my Defense to a forced bye.

I'm going hard to acquire Foles, Fitzpatrick, or Mullens (in that order) and picking up one of Jacksonville, Arizona, or Indianapolis D/ST.

This is really wonky, but I think it'll work as long as Latavius Murray can pick up some slack for Henry.

One league I play in had set up specific roster rules for COVID situations but the NFL tried to mess with that when it made this a bye for Tennessee and Pittsburgh. We voted to keep the application of our COVID rules in place for this weekend despite the added confusion (as if there wasn't enough already).

Yeah, it's weird. Hard to make fantasy owners treat this week as a true bye with no prep. Probably best to create some temp IR spots for those teams.

Get some backup options for Chiefs and Pats players. Game could be played Monday or Tuesday, but if Pats have more positive tests, it could very well be cancelled.

I'd be genuinely worried about starting any of those players after the Sunday games have been played.

Yep, just picked up Fitz to fill in for Cam.

Also had Henry, Conner, and PIT D, plus Ridley might be out now but since he plays Monday I basically have to decide tomorrow morning on whether or not go play him...and I’m playing the second place team this week.

Should be fun lol

With RBs dropping like flies, I'm glad I have Zeke, Carson, and Robinson. Part of me wants to make a move to make up for my bad DJ Moore pick, but I should probably just hold on to those backs and ride the advantage.
