Of course they don't like it, and I'm not saying they should burn it down, but if they feel that Love can set them up for the next 15 years that's better than taking a receiver to chase a goal that isn't all that realisticAgain though, when you're 13-3, your approach isn't that you're not a contending team. You might be wrong in some evaluations, but you're not sitting there thinking you're really 9-7. Rodgers could get back there if he ever had more than one receiver at a time and a terrible offensive line. The focus should always be on how to get to the Super Bowl. And QB's don't like when their replacement is brought in.
Then they should be trading Rodgers now so Love can get as many reps as possible. Packers brain trust don’t have the acumen nor resume to have one foot on both sides of the fenceOf course they don't like it, and I'm not saying they should burn it down, but if they feel that Love can set them up for the next 15 years that's better than taking a receiver to chase a goal that isn't all that realistic

This is the worst Packers draft I've ever witnessed.
Burned a 4th round pick to jump up to get a QB no one was gonna take.
Took a QB when they needed to address far more important needs.
Took a RB when they had one of the more productive running games last year.
Then finished the day with a TE tweener who doesn't really fit at any position.
Gross.
There's a reason the Ravens are always good because they sit back at the draft and benefit from the dumb things other teams doIt's funny because the Ravens had almost the same needs as the Packers coming into the draft and they walked out of the first 2 rounds with the players the Packers should have had.
Queen, Madubuike and Duvernay.
I already see huge alarm with the Guntekunst-LaFleur regime.
We all know that the true approach to winning is to draft talented players and fit your scheme to the talents at your disposal (see the New England Patriots, Kansas City Chiefs, San Francisco 49ers). It's not to pass on talented players for less talented guys who fit a mold of what you want your team to look like.
- They are obsessed with athletes who have high raw athletic score even if their production isn't there in college (e.g. Gary)
- They are clearly drafting for SCHEME FIT rather than talent.
- It looks like with the selection of Love and Dillon that they are saying "these are the prototypes we want in the offense we plan to run, so forget better players, forget more talent, just take these guys and plug them in."
Jordan Love is more of the play-action, RPO type of QB.
Dillon is their 'Derrick Henry' style back
and this TE is some gadget tweener that they want to move around to fit their stupid concepts.
It's gonna end horribly.
