Man I thought those Swedes were "Finnish"ed.
Badum ching.

Huge night for my Canadian players, and the shutout really helps. I think my best bet at winning this thing is for the United States to actually win tonight and then get crushed by Canada tomorrow. An American loss might actually lead to more points for the American players despite the two (or four) points difference from Knight's total.

I need my Americans to do the same thing that Canada did today.....and there goes my shutout.

My team was actually pretty productive, proud of most of them - Harley got nothing but also he's been playing well.

Shows you how beastly Cerebral and THC's teams were - I feel like they had more points than most years but could be wrong.

I believe Zegras is going to break Puljujarvi's pool record for most points by a player but Levi/Cozens also could.

I usually set 40 as the basis of a good team.

What Cerebral and THC are doing infuriates me.

Both Zegras and Cozen with 16 points so it is possible they both top Puljujarivi's 17 point record. Levi is also at 16 wow.

Only 2 other reams have broken the 60 point plateau @Paralyzer008 in 15/16 and @lakai17 in 19/20

Seems to me the 4 guys riding caboose are the guys that made the worst picks in the 1st/2nd. No offense intended. But that seems like the obvious draft killer.

In terms of play they are all good picks but in terms of points...maybe the worst of the bunch? Ghost had the Dach injury as well which I dont think he could recover from. Last year I lost Jenik early too...that sucks.

Cerebral is almost under-performing in the lead with Holtz and his swedes not really standing out. Levi and Newhook were winning picks.

As far as THC goes the trifecta of 'mericans really blew everyones socks off. He ended up with great depth too.

Hopefully it comes down to a tight goalie on goalie finally.

I am hoping for a firewagon hockey with lots of goals between Finland and Russia. If I can squeak out a few points from Lambert, Hirvonen, and Amirov I could maybe suffer a close lose by the US and still have a chance.

Hirvonen with the empty net goal so it looks like THC and I start the finals tied. I have 6 players left, and he has 5 - should be intense!

There's so many things I want to happen, I dunno how to rank them...

I want Canada to win gold.

I want Zegras to win the scoring title.

I want to be the first 4 time champion. :sarcasm:

Hirvonen thing was a mistake guys - Parssinen scored the empty netter. Also remember to double check your points.
That makes sense, as I didn’t think Hirvonen was the one who scored the goal. I need every point I can get!
