2-6 vs the wild, including blowing two 3 goal leads in the third. WTF!?
2-6 vs Vegas...expected
2-6 vs the sharks... yes...THE GD SHARKS!
Pretty bad when the team "hits" .333 in the win department with 3 teams in the division! At least the Kings beat Anaslim

Can we move on to tomorrow and keep talking that there is chance to move into that 4th spot despite not winning two in row for two months now?

Hoping for more losses really I could care less about 2021,except for the draft position which I'm wishing for a repeat of the R Pugnutti draft position

And the Los Angeles Kings select from Mississauga,Ontario,Canada and Michigan Wolverines, D-Slam Owen( Austin)Powers!!!

I don't like it either but a lot of people acting like the Wild are gimme points

That's a good f***ing team with something to still play for, it was going to be an uphill battle no matter what. Tonight was bonus points, the next FIVE are the 'must wins' that I'm curious to see how the team responds to. I've mostly been happy with how they've played the top teams this year and mostly disgusted with how they've played the other 4--I just want that part to change.

Crap result because we're just not good enough yet--but the effort was certainly there.

Kempe was an absolute monster tonight. Obviously him and Vilardi have something going (and Frk, too bad he's dead), not sure why that was ever split up frankly. Keep them as a 'pair'.

Maatta was whatever the opposite is and I can't wait till he's never in our jersey again.

God bless Brown but he's looking like Carter did now, just completely out of gas, Father Time has arrived. Kopitar doesn't look to be far behind frankly, next year might be his last as a 1C.

7 points from the worst in the league and 5 points from a playoff spot. Please lose out!
It's a joke that this team is anywhere near being in the playoffs, and I'm not at all interested in watching them getting their ass handed to them in 4 or 5 meaningless playoff games.

At least Vilardi looked good, that was the best he's looked in about 2 months

The Big 4: Kopi,Brown,Quick & Doughty. They're runnin on fumes. This core is in desperate need of some young guys stepping up.

Man Kopitar looks so done on some shifts and then he scores. I could actually see him slowing down big time soon. And Anderson worries me he’s never going to be better than what he is. He’s just so slow and has zero offense. I know @Bandit compared him to Scuderi but he’s not nearly as good as Scuderi.

Well, at least we hope so.

Dmen like Anderson sometimes dont reach their peak until 25-28 years old. Hes still young and hasnt fully developed physically but will become a very steady veteran player when he matures.
That said I do think Bjornfot is a better player. Maybe Im biased because Ive always liked that style of defenseman where everything is calm and efficient and nothing flashy.

I wondered aloud about midway through the season that he's just a reskinned Forbort. I think he's smarter, and seems to have more resiliency to bounce back--i mean, he didn't skip a beat after getting toasted by Kaprizov--but I wonder if we're doing him a disservice. I don't at all doubt his mental fortitude and I think he'll be a great shutdown dman for a very long time--but it's hard to tell. Is he best served in these crazy killer minutes? Or does he have more to give that he'd learn best down the lineup?

I do think he's going to be an animal with some man strength, he was already manhandling people the other night.

Good effort...Brown looks done. I wish Todd put out Moore on the 6 on 4, instead of Brown, he's had a hot hand. Carl had great effort tonight as well and the fact that he has 3 game winners and good in front of the net, may have given him a shot. The PP looks pretty impotent. Putting Kopi on the halfwall, is always a bad move. He has looked better on the other side and should never put him on the half wall again.

I did not realize the Kings are dead last in shots on goal from defense. Wow. I say at least get Clague up and playing the rest of the way. Give him a real chance.

He reminds me of one those players that gets bogged down from playing in a losing environment where he's being over used.

He's 21 years old and they have him playing 21:22 minutes per night. Not sure that's particularly good for him.
