Vilardi has been bad the past 20 games or so. He should be sent down. Plays with zero energy and speed. I think sending him down will give him a chance to rediscover his game.

Lizotte played 30 secs more than Vilardi last game. I’m not a fan of benching prospects, but if Gabe can’t outplay a tweener plug like Blake Lizotte, well I guess it better to figure it out by the end of the season.

And if it’s a 2A, B, C situation with a mix of Lizotte, Vilardi and JAD, that’s not the worst thing. Tod’s grade for the season is a D-. If he wants a shot at a D+, he needs to put the kids into positions to succeed and have them show results.
