I've been watching as much hockey as I can since the season started and I can say that we unequivocally have the worst broadcast in the entire league. Faust seems allergic to actually calling the play, instead choosing to joke with Fox about whatever nonsense pops in his head.

yeah and i'm a broken record with this, but faust can actually call a good game when he focuses on it

like i don't know if you guys ever watched old padres telecasts with matt vasgersian and mark grant, that team sucked and they were literally there for entertainment and the whole thing was a joke.. but it was a great watch. faust and fox don't have a fraction of the personality needed for that kind of show and this team is way better than that..

Watched the kings a bit last year to watch Vilardi...and now watching because I like Athanasiou, too, and, in the future, Byfield...
But what's the deal with Lizotte? Very small center. I can't really see any strengths in his game. OK at faceoffs.

He'd be a great 3rd line center. Feisty, responsible 2 way player. Good at reading plays.
Vilardi should be centering that line

Maata is a bottom pairing guy -- was always the first player named in any Pens trade proposal. He's meeting my expectations.
