Looking forward to one of the most interesting free agent years we've yet to see!
Cardinals declined Wong's 12.5m option for some reason.
So, the IF next year is Carpenter, DeJong, Edman, and Goldschmidt. 2 of the 4 are on the decline, one is a utility player, and DeJong is who knows at this point.

I'm predicting there will be a lot more declined options/non-tenders than usual as teams are in a money crunch. Also will be interesting to see how the market changes even though there's no flat cap issue like in the NHL. Hard to say who will still be throwing money around and who won't.What makes it interesting? It's a pretty thin crop this year.
The only prediction here is the Angels won’t get any pitching

Wow , One of the best closers in baseball over last 5 years (Has had ERA below 3 in 4 of last 5 years ,, Only year he didn't his ERA was 3.30)
This is absolutely absurd move
Indians ownership is cheap as f***
I dont many forfeiting their draft pick to sign stroman or gausman
Yes.There’s a certain date that the pick compensation goes away though right? I think it’s usually part way through the season though if I’m remembering correctly
