These are better lines. Really like Gusev with Malkin/Kucherov, that line has potential.

Malkin is just an improvement on Grigorenko
and that was the best line at U18 I've ever seen.Time for editing:

Add a St.Louis loss in the quarters after that and we will have the best Russian team on ice since the Olympics 2014.
I'd actually prefer to see Svechnikov on Team Russia. It doesn't mean, I'm all about Washington beating Carolina. I just don't wanna see Ovechkin anywhere close to Russian NT. He's a great NHL player, so let him play in the NHL, golf, Putin supporter role, whatever, but hockey on Team Russia.

I like it. Top line is great and the top pair looks good. Zaitsev deserves a try in the top 4, if he can replicate his last performance than things are looking great. I would try to fit Plotnikov in, even if only as a 13th forward as he is usually pretty dependable on the big ice.
Only objection for me would be to move Ozhiganov down. He did not play much with Zaitsev at all, and was relegated to the bench in important games for the Leafs. Much prefer Yakovlev there, or even Khafizullin.

Terrible. Ovie can’t play with Malkin/Kucherov, it’s been proven on several occasions.
