What if the Jets rebound this season. Finish really high but then lose a Little, Copp or other center to a long term injury. Would trading for a center in that scenario be acceptable?

We need help from the ELC's this year. The Vesa, Niku's, Poolman's etc... need to make a big impact. By that I mean play a lot of games.

Well, I meant it as all things being equal. i.e. acquiring depth for a playoff run even though we're basically healthy. Should something like that happen, then it's probably acceptable. Although I'll be bitter about it
