Are we breaking it all down? What the f is the direction? Why is Eli still on the roster? I have no idea what Gettelman is doing.

Insane how Gettleman has done a complete 180 from "this team can be competitive" to "lets burn everything down"

Clearly the Giants are breaking it all down, but now it makes last year's pick even more questionable. They could have had a franchise QB to build around even if they stripped it down. Now, all they have is an amazing RB with their franchise QB one year less in development and a barebones roster.

You take a QB last draft and you could have had him and Odell going out there this season. They cut Eli or he retires and they go out in search of a RB. Look at the market for backs. They could have dumped a truck for Bell like the Jets are trying to do.

Giants are looking at this being a lost season. Another top pick next year and another year on Barkley. He's got a chance to be declining when the team finally is good.

I know it sucks losing a talent like OBJ but the kid is a cancer. He would have bitched and moaned all season. Toxic. It doesn't excuse the past moves but I would have moved OBJ to the highest bidder.

While this may be true, I feel like there was a lot more to be had than what the Giants received in this deal.

Who's the worst NFL GM in NY?

Respect what the Browns are doing... Giving Mayfield a solid OL, Landry, Hunt and OBJ. Could be a circus.

WRs dont hold that much value... OBJs a primadonna, thats been injured and has a fat contract.... and they got back a decent young safety.

A #17, a 2nd rounder and a starting safety. I think it's fair.

Gee if only he had someone to throw to
Rebuild means you start fresh. My god is it hard to understand is it literally pointless to have a superstar wide receiver? Get guys who can run routes and catch the ball. You don’t really need star receivers getting paid when the most important facet of football is defense and an OL.. I’m happy hes outta here, he can be Cleveland’s problem.
