Imagine if by some miracle Canada wins this? first the Raptors and then an actual Canadian national team? the basketball world would officially be flipped on its head. I do think Canada will one day win a tournament like this though with the talent that is coming.

Sucks not having him there, but ultimately it's probably for the best for Canada. He's not quite ready to shoulder the load for this team and I think that's what he would try to do if he were playing.

Seems like this tournament's more about who's not playing than who is. Shame too because I find these world team tournaments to be fun.
