He’s played for Hockey Canada like four times - it’s not surprising that they want him in a checking line role.

Not really considering how good in a checking role he is and how insanely good at taking faceoffs. He's not an offensive dynamo but decent enough. For for Flint he takes like 60% of all draws of the entire team and wins most of those. SImilar role he also played for team OHL and likely will for Team Canada.

I think they both make it, but they’ll both be lower in the line up. Dellandra as a 4th line centre/right wing. Harley as the extra defenceman/bottom pairing.

Texas Stars are starting to win some games, and to go along with that Jason Robertson is their current points leader.

A goal and an assist tonight for him so far so he leads the team with 15 points (8 goals, 7 assists) in 23 games

I don't think him making the selection camp is any surprise, he is a good junior player. I agree that his season isn't anything amazing.

Justin Brazeau is in the ECHL as well. Almost like overage junior players who dominate little kids aren't that amazing at hockey.

All those one-dimensional bigtime scorers need to learn to play the game in different roles because they are not that at the pros . Felhaber needs to looks at Justin Dowling or someone like that for how to make it at the pro level.
