Hi everyone,

With NHL announcing the playoff plans, I've updated this doc to the best of my knowledge to reflect what teams could look like when games return. I'm not totally knowledgeable on how bad some injuries are for certain players (ie. Tarasenko, Hamilton) and the scratch list is definitely going to change closer to the date. Please let me know if you see anything that needs updating. Also eliminated teams have been moved to their own section.
