17 goals against in three games is a little tough to swallow when the Kings over the past decade have been such a strong defense team. It's a transition I understand that, but I am not happy with the pond hockey movement. It's going to be ugly for years.

On the bright side, the Kings have drafted proactive players recently, and the this reactive bunch will inevitably be replaced by guys who can compete in this new era of hockey.

Defense as a whole is a mess. How is Kopitar the only one back on a 2-on-1 and the next player back is Brown?
