I doubt it. Nobody underestimates Canada and the fact that it will be an outdoor game means that both teams should be excited and ready to play. So I don't see either team being shocked.

I am not talking about underestimating , I am just saying the competition has not been there for team USA .. they have not had to defend at all .. they have had no pressure,.. they could walk any team they met so far with half efforts ... it will be different

Yeah quite a few players stood out for the US but he was the best of them. Very talented player

It felt like the USA team really let up as the game progressed. It started to feel like I was watching a full grown adult beating up on a small child. I think the US team almost stopped trying afterward.

It resulted in some sloppy play from them at points in the game

I don't think Denmark is that bad. They ran into, I believe, the best team in the tournament. However, I actually left decently impressed by some of the individual efforts they put up. They were certainly more active than cones.

I really like the way Jones played. I was a little worried that we didnt have an intimidating force (Greenway last year). Apparently I dont have to worry.

I was impressed by Jones. I thought he played really well in Erie last Friday and he continued that play tonight.

Maybe im wrong but I seem to remember IIHF still calls a penalty for follow through as high sticking
