Don't let the score fool you. This game wasn't close
I think we need an integral to represent the score over time at this point

I doubt it. Nobody underestimates Canada and the fact that it will be an outdoor game means that both teams should be excited and ready to play. So I don't see either team being shocked. So the USA plays Denmark then Slovakia then Canada .... they may get shocked when they play Canada because they have had virtually no competition yet

Yeah quite a few players stood out for the US but he was the best of them. Very talented playerCasey M really showing his skill level on this one.
That's a shot follow through so it shouldn't be a penalty, but at 9-0 not sure it matters
Thank you. I didn’t realize my post would come under such scrutiny.Boqvist played on their U18 team in Hlinka
When did you watch Boqvist? The Boqvist on Sweden is a forward not the draft eligible D
Where would Denmark finish if it was a CHL team?Blowout 1st games like this are hard to read. Is the U.S. that good, or is Denmark that bad? Does it fill the winner with confidence, or make them cocky?
I was impressed by Jones. I thought he played really well in Erie last Friday and he continued that play tonight.I really like the way Jones played. I was a little worried that we didnt have an intimidating force (Greenway last year). Apparently I dont have to worry.
I am not talking about the forward. There is plenty of tape on Boqvist, the defenseman. Go see for yourself.
Maybe im wrong but I seem to remember IIHF still calls a penalty for follow through as high stickingThat's a shot follow through so it shouldn't be a penalty, but at 9-0 not sure it matters
