Olympics: 2018 Winter Olympics Qualifying

They did good at the WC this year if they just bring a roster like that every year then they'll get that chemistry and be good I think. I mean you have Blichfeld, Wejse, Krag-Christensen, From, Lassen, Kristensen, should be fine. Some variation on the names would be nice though. :laugh:

Ehhh i mean theres Smirnovs and Å mons and also Krastenbergs. And Rubīns could be drafted as an overager ,hell even Zīle could be theoretically.

Dude, the WC can go where the sun doesnt shine, this is the olympics...:cry:

Yeah, they are good, but most are a far cry from being NHL guys.

YES I knew I was forgetting someone Krastenbergs that kid is amazing.

I'm not optimistic about Smirnovs and Smons, we'll see.

Haha yeah but I more meant if players keep going to the WC they'll bond and like chemistry together and it'll be good.
 
I think if your team got knocked out today you're looking ahead to the 2020 WCH quals, and I know some people don't think a lot about them or think the NHL is messing but they still did promise last time that there'd be quals so I guess the focus shifts to prep for that.
 
Wtf guys? Hungary was eliminated by Poland round before. So Poland is in group with Belarus, Slovenia and Denmark.
 
But it really is a travesty that Belarus is going to be the team that will go the Olympics with their bajillion naturalized players

4=bajillion? Latvian is a strange language. Kazakhstan has as many. Too bad Latvia doesn't have money even to pay their own coaches and players, so they have to mention naturalized players from another countries year after year after year after year.
Canadians playing for Belarus is good for Canadian economy. They probably buy a lot of Canadian whiskey these days.

But seriously like Kazakhstan right now it's a product of playing together so long like Dawes, Bochenski, Dallman, they've got amazing chemistry and Denmark will never have that but at least they can have better chemistry than today. Chemistry you can fix, talent you're kinda born with.

Yeah too bad we dont naturalize players because we actualy produce our own talent rather than pay for somebody elses

The only thing Smirnovs, Smons and Krastenbergs have in common is that they're all midgets. :)
