What pray tell is a "draft ranking"?

I like Wise fine, but the consensus is a slight reach at #28. He fits the mold of "falling star" that is so alluring especially on HF.

I could really care less about anybody being a falling star this is about talent and talent-wise the kid belongs at least in the conversation of late first, early second. You have a lack of real talented true centers in this draft, I think he's one of them.
