I know Colorado has looked shaky, but things can turn quickly.

I thought they were done on Labor Day weekend- won 8 of 9.

Not gonna declare anything until elimination number hits 0.

The frustrating thing about the Rockies struggles is that the starting pitching really hasn't been THAT bad.

It's the bats that are going cold, not a high ERA

It looks certain that the Astros and Red Sox will meet in the ALDS with Houston having home field.

What makes this fascinating is the Astros and Red Sox end the regular season with four games at Fenway.

Looks like the A's and Blue Jay's are about to get shaved off.

A's do have a bright future ahead of them. While the Blue Jay's........

I seem to recall many here having them as legitimate WS contenders......

WAR doesn't have anything to do with Bryant's .182/.330/.318 performance in high leverage situations this season.
Well hopefully Bryant putting the team and the division on his back last night helps those numbers, then.

The world is running out of heros, thank the Lord for KB and KBIB

He's baccccckkkk and the cubbies get even more scared

Yeah, walking him every time up making him irrelevant is nothing short of brilliant strategy, imo.

I will admit, KB, Harper, Rizzo is going to be fun to watch in a couple years.

Funny how things change. Cardinals get swept at Wrigley and since then, they have always seemed to score in big spots. Against Cindy and Pittsburgh, they have been utterly clutch when they had to get a hit.

That said..... final week, Cubs and Brewers at home. And they have been notoriously better on the road than at Milwaukee, so we'll see.

But it is the Cardinals and as we saw in 2011, all you need is a ticket to the dance.

Maybe not Rasputin, but...... how many NL playoff teams deep down are rooting against STL?

Red Sox pretty much put away the East tonight.

Leadoff double for STL trying to tie it against Rivero.

Edit - I think the ESPN scoreboard is way late. Cards scored 2 to win it. Wow.

Verlander continues to be awesome for the Astros.

Twins win again, slowly but surely removing any doubt.
