Jesper Boqvist is a player to keep an eye on for this draft. He played 8 games for Brynäs in SHL last year. Only noted an assist but played well and was a +2. Otherwise he spends his time dominating in J20. He scored 58 points in 38 games in the Swedish SuperElit league (juniors, up to age 20), which made him second in the league in scoring behind Lias Andersson (another name to watch, of course).
I'm not able to watch any J20-hockey so I can't speak for the quality of that league, but from the small sample of Boqvist in SHL last year I say this kid is going places. He reminds me a lot of Calle Järnkrok. It's going to be interesting to see if he puts up Järnkrok numbers in the men's league once he's part of that roster full time.
