Well it got mentioned in another thread so we might as well get this one up and running. Title says it all throw your ideas here and let's see where it goes.

I was thinking something along the lines of "Expect the Unexpected" with sarcastic analysis of each of the players based on the ****-talking with the Leafs early in the season when they were pumping Matthews' tires.

Thinking something like this:

Then the Logo with "Stanley Cup Playoffs 2018: Expect the Unexpected"

This image actually inspired the avatar idea. You come up with a humorous premise and then photoshop Scooby's face somewhere like this.

Ruh Roh has potential.

One idea I had thought of was “Channelside Cheat Codes”.

1. Have a screen of a “enter cheat code”

2. Kutcherov

3. Increased Accuracy enabled.


Point = Clutch scoring enabled.

Vasilevskiy = big goalie mode enabled.

Stalman = big checks mode.

Hedman = big head mode.

Mcdoungh = defence AI increased.

Sustr = defence AI decreased.

I like the Ruh roh but also like the cheat code idea as it would lend itself nicely to animation.

Edited to add: if we do the cheat code, I call dibs on the Strålman hip check one.

Good points by all regarding Ruh Roh. It would be nice to have a positive one. I really like the Cheat Code idea. Ooo, could make it Yzerman themed by first pic being "Yzerman Cheat Code" then the above ideas.

Or maybe something with the theme that Yzerman is a wizard?
