The only reason Barberio is in over Pateryn is that each D pairing has a "puck mover"?
MT is showing Emeling respect and giving him an opportunity to get his game going. I still think Pateryn should be in the top 6.
Tinordi is now #9 on the depth chart....time to cut the losses

35 goals scored for the Habs in their last 17 games without Gally. Hard to believe Gally makes that much of a difference to the Habs offense.

I'm a little surprised Weaver didn't find his way into this game. Even though he's retired and doesn't have a contract, Therrien could still find a way!

Habs overachieved early on, then underachieved... Regression to the mean.

yeah why keep tinordi in the line-up? he's too big and tough and can actually fight. doesn't fit into the oaf behind the bench's philosophy of using a line-up of grinding marshmallows

also why isn't bouillon playing. he played yesterday, should still be fresh, is 5'8 and a puck mover

Gallagher can actually make a difference, believe it or not.

Just the fact that he play is a huge factor.

Yeah this season has been a roller coaster for sure. I edited my post since Sportsnet's math for goals per game at 1.94 goals per game can't be right for 35 goals in 17 games unless I read that wrong. :)

I'm digging Subban war paint.

Wait until you see his skates, dunno for sure but they are supposed to be something special.

First martini has been mixed and poured. Ready for anything. Bonne année ! Happy New Year !

Apparently that was 2nd worst December in team history. Kinda privileged to see two historical months in our lifetime.

I think we can actually win. Condon is usually hot in the last 1 or 2 starts in Boston.

Where do you generate this stuff from?

1st game Habs 4 Bruins 2 first star Carey Price
2nd game Bruins 2 Habs 4 Condon got a third star in the battle of the backups.
3rd game Bruins 3 Habs 1 Rask gets first star...
