For Canadian Golf fans;

Brooke Henderson has gone bird-bird-bird on 15 thru 17 and is now 7 under thru 35 holes.

Tied for 4th place, 2 back of the leaders Stacey Lewis and Inbee Park at 9 under.

Still has a par 5 to finish, so could close it to with-in 1 heading into the 3rd round.

Brooke a little unlucky on 18. Pulled out the big dawg and pushed it left into the native area.

Won't be able to go for the green in 2. A good lay up and a solid approach should give her a decent birdie chance though.

Park looks like she's going to have a really good round.

Wouldn't be surprised if she pulls away from the rest of the field.

Yea, finishes at -10 and will be tough to beat.

A really awful break for Brooke there having that ball end up in front of vegetation. It'd be great if she could get her approach here to with-in 10 feet and get to 8 under.

Brooke was dialed in today. Kind of expected Jutanugarn to run away with it after her first round but she didn't play too good today.

I guess this makes sense. Figured they would though... the coxswains in rowing do. A caddie's job is similar.

Just comes down to how the different sports decide on these things. Caddies can be any nationality and can be swapped at pretty much any time without affecting the golfers ranking. Also with some of the players they don't have full time caddies.

But mostly it's because this is considered an individual event not a team one, so only the individual gets a medal.

It's a bad habit, as a left handed golfer, what'd it'd be for me is what I automatically ascribe to the golfer I'm watching.

I would have ninja edited and fixed the mistake but I can't...

Bad start for Henderson who is +1 after 3 holes.

Lydia KO (NZL) had a great front 9 (-6) to propel her into the lead group. Park also at -2 after 3 holes, now at -11. Henderson 4 shots from the lead, she needs to stay close.

EDIT: +2 after 4... what is going on?!

Damn. Hopefully she can string together a solid rest of her round, needs to be with-in a couple going into the final 18.
