Pains me as I often keep selecting Notre Dame players in these mock draft, also keep selecting receivers whenever I have the Texans. If they're going to pay Brock Osweiler all that money, might as well give him some weapons to throw to as well. This would also give the Texans two receivers on their roster who are from Philadelphia.
