looks like Celta will be flying the flag for Spain after all, keep forgetting Shakhtar don't play in Donetsk anymore so their "home" isn't as much of a fortress anymore

Belgium only country with 3 teams left :D

ManUtd really should win this. But if they somehow manage to get knocked out, this thing is as wide open as it's ever been

Hoping United either get a really easy draw, or at least get the second leg at home.

Sucks to have the 1st leg on the 9th, the 6th round FA cup tie at Chelsea on the 13th and then the 2nd leg on the 16th. Especially with that FA cup tie a night game.

Imagine having to wrap that up and then travel to Turkey, Cyrpus or Russia.

Really nice comeback from Gladbach. They were the better team in the first half too. Fully deserved.

Like Les said, Roma is very good too.

Yep. Hoping for the Dutch/Belgian teams tomorrow.

3 for Fekir tonight :D

God damn do I wish he had moved to BMG to join Raffael & Stindl.

Really nice comeback from Gladbach. They were the better team in the first half too. Fully deserved.

Yep. It would've been rough if they had gone out without scoring a goal with the way they played in the first leg & today. Thankfully Raffael's presence on the bench reminded Stindl of how to finish.

Off to Russia for United. Atleast they got the home leg second.

Roma-Lyon a great matchup.

German and Belgian teams playing each other. Some other real good matchups.

Besiktas-Olympiakos could be interesting, more off the field though. I don't like seeing same country matchups in Europe, especially this early. Rostov could be tricky for United but I think they will be ok with draw

Watching a Belgian matchup with a European QF at stake will be weird, especially since both Gent and Genk are in danger of missing out on the domestic championship playoffs
Gent has an easier schedule so they will be better rested and should be favourites in this tie.
Genk has a brutal schedule in the next 3 weeks, not only do they face Gent twice, they also play both Anderlecht and Club Brugge in between in the league

Speaking of Anderlecht, they should be slight favourites to advance vs APOEL

After watching the Tottenham-Gent game, I can't say that I've seen such brutal refereeing in quite a while (not talking about Alli's challenge, that was deserved).
yep
ref was absolutely horrible all night and you are totally correct about Dele, that one the ref actually got right

Wonder if Mourinho will rotate the squad for the first leg and try to win the fixture at home or if he'll bring out the big guns to take a few away goals and then rely on more youngsters to choke the game out at home.

Either way, I can't see the top team playing three games in a week and all accounts are that he's going to play pretty much a top team for the FA cup tie.

Rostov can certainly knock out United, they have played quality football in Europe this season.

Not the most ideal draw given the distance to be traveled before the big FA Cup match, but we should be able to knock Rostov out.

Roma playing Lyon is also great for us.
