Yeah, tough one for sure. If Calgary wins and Edmonton wins, you'd have a battle of Alberta round 2. If Ducks win and Sharks win, another California showdown. Worst case scenario is probably... Sharks and Oilers.

Flames and Ducks will be the best first round series by far.

It sure looks that way after one period. Great intensity. Refs are making calls but also letting them play. Crowd is booing Giordano vociferously anytime he touches the puck.

Night and day difference from that wretched display in Chicago. Hawks had no intensity, no fight in them, and looked disinterested; and lost 1-0.

I have mixed feelings on Toronto. I like a lot of the young stars, but find their fans on the main board to be overbearing. At the same time, if they were to eliminate Washington, a dream run for the Bruins becomes even more likely.

Yesterday, in 5 games, four players had 2 point-games (actually in two games, PIT had two, SJ one and EDM one). Justin Williams got two earlier to make it five players.

After two periods of this game, Ducks already have three two-point players and Flames one, matching yesterday's total.

I hope the Caps Leafs series goes to game 7. Wishing that both teams really get banged up. Leafs fans are the worst, while the Caps team and their announcers Beninati and Laughlin are among the worst in the NHL. Even watching the highlights with them is insufferable.

I'm Canadian but have always been a Bruins fan so I am loving it! The media up here is so ridiculous that it makes me want to jump with joy at them all losing!

Yep. Other than the Sens and Flames, which don't usually get that much media, I always root for Canadian teams to get out first. Now the Sens gotta go too. I'm a bad Canadian this time of year.

almost as dumb as taking a ridiculous penalty barely a minute into the game which the Ducks scored on

Leafs played very well, for most of the game I was wondering which team won the Prez Cup. Ovi played horribly
