Dear God,

Please send those toilet seat wearing frauds on the road down 2-0, followed by a humiliating sweep at MSG. I promise to try to be slightly less taunting than normal in my celebration if you grant me this wish.

Your humble servant,
jgatie

No idea why Max Pacioretty was ever promoted Captain of the Habs.

And no, I don't hate the guy. I'm not one of those people who hates a guy for almost dying on the ice...

I just don't get what says "leadership" about him. He seems to spend the majority of his time on the ice twirling around in the neutral zone looking for a breakaway pass, and running All-Star Dmen out of town for stealing the attention spotlight from him.

Agreed, there just isn't "captainly" about Max Paccioretty, he scores some goals in the regular season but that's really about it... doesn't strike me as someone you would be willing to go to war with like a Bergeron or Chara or Toews or something.

Guy Lafleur wasn't a fan either

I'm hoping habs and leafs can beat Rangers and Caps. Rather face those teams if we make it through. I root for Habs Bruins playoffs every year though

Oh, you mean when he mistook the stanchion for a nude cub scout. Yes, that was terrible.

I genuinely prefer our chance vs the Rangers, purely from a psychological standpoint for Rask. I think he can beat them and play perfect hockey. Montreal,I dunno.

Wholeheartedly agree. I just sont get it. Gallagher would be a better captain than him. I hate him cos he plays for Montreal, but he is not captain material. When Weber came across he should have passed the torch. Hes just not leadership material. And they chose him over Subban, unbelievable

And most of the Habs board were making fun of his smoking and scandalous son after he dared to have a negative opinion of the almighty Habs. Yeah, dismiss a guy who won multiple Cups to defend a guy who's won nothing.

I want the Scabs and Leafs both gone. Not thinking ahead to who the Bruins might play in the next round if they advance. Will worry about that when, sorry don't want to be cocky if they advance.

Rangers look to be the better team in this series so far. Montreal loses this game it just might be 4 and out
