3 runs in 5 innings is a 5.40 ERA...that is a pretty decent day hitting-wise.

It seems to me that the Jays needed to punish that backdoor curve. It's a cute pitch, but when the ball starts that far out of the zone they really should catch on and realize that it's going to break towards the zone.
